Content is not a substitute for individualized instruction, professional evaluation, or advice tailored to your health, abilities, environment, or equipment.

2. Medical and Health Disclaimer

Balance Foundry does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, physical therapy, rehabilitation, or emergency services. Nothing on the Site creates a physician-patient, therapist-patient, trainer-client, dietitian-client, or other professional healthcare relationship.

Consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before beginning or changing an exercise program, particularly if you have pain, an injury, a medical condition, balance problems, dizziness, recent surgery, pregnancy, limited mobility, or other health concerns.

Stop an activity and seek appropriate medical attention if you experience chest pain, faintness, severe shortness of breath, sharp or worsening pain, numbness, sudden weakness, loss of balance, or another concerning symptom. For a medical emergency, contact emergency services.

3. Exercise and Assumption of Risk

Physical activity and the use of balance boards, slant boards, mobility tools, exercise equipment, and elevated or unstable surfaces involve inherent risks. These may include falls, strains, sprains, fractures, aggravation of an existing condition, property damage, or other injury.

You are responsible for deciding whether an activity or product is appropriate for you, inspecting equipment before use, following manufacturer instructions, selecting a safe environment, using support when needed, keeping the surrounding area clear, and progressing within your ability.

By choosing to perform an activity described on the Site, you voluntarily accept the risks associated with that activity to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

4. No Guarantee of Results

Individual results vary. Balance Foundry does not guarantee that any exercise, routine, product, technique, or recommendation will improve mobility, strength, balance, performance, pain, health, or any other outcome. Examples and personal experiences do not promise that another person will achieve the same result.

5. Product Information and Reviews

We aim to provide useful and accurate product information, but specifications, dimensions, materials, sellers, prices, availability, warranties, instructions, and product designs can change without notice. Confirm current information with the manufacturer or retailer before purchasing or using a product.

Some products are tested hands-on; others are evaluated through research; and some comparisons combine both approaches. The applicable evidence level should be identified in the article. See our Review Methodology for details.

Manufacturer statements, including load capacities and performance claims, remain the manufacturer’s claims unless we specifically state that they were independently verified. Inclusion on the Site is not a certification that a product is safe or appropriate for every user.

16. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Any dispute shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction serving the area in Tennessee where the Site owner resides, unless another forum is required by law.

17. Severability and Entire Agreement

If a provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect, and the affected provision will be interpreted as closely as permitted to its intended purpose. These Terms of Use and Disclaimer, together with the Privacy Policy and Affiliate Disclosure, form the agreement governing your use of the Site.
